Zoe TV broadcast from Heyang, however had some of its programs produced in Hopikua under a local branch of Zoe Broadcasting called Jesus Calls Television (JCTV). The channel broadcast on frequencies given to broadcast King Television in Hopikua between 12pm and 6pm. Unfortunately the station entered in a civil war against King TV, who wanted to become a national network and, to do so, had to get rid of Zoe/Jesus Calls by invoking a non-existent article saying that no foreigners would control media interests in Kaehia (a lie, since back then Chywest was now owning TV3).
