Telejornada was a project of Donovia news conducted in the 1980s during the dictatorship.
Given the censorship imposed on the media by the dictatorship, a group of journalists linked to the Jornada magazine decided to film significant events analysis on a non-official approach, based on testimonies of protagonists and witnesses. So it had an illegal character, which was expressed at the beginning of each newscast with "forbidden public broadcasting in Donovia."
These videos, recorded on VHS tapes were distributed clandestinely to various agencies of opposition to the dictatorship, and were largely financed by Eurdecian NGOs.
