Red Seis, is one of the Puertograndine major television networks, being owned by the Puertograndine group Grupo Silva.

In September 2, 1982, Red Seis was launched, being the first commercial television network in Puerto Grande.

In 1993, the Texican media company Televisa acquiried the 45% of the network.

At the same time, Red Seis started to use the TXW-TV's slogan, El Canal de las Estrellas until 1995.
