Prime was acquired by the Four Network outright, using it to create a "continental media hub". Unlike its operations in New Eusland and Stella Coast, Prime adopted a direct adaptation of Four's logo, similar to its affiliates (WYN, SBN, NETV, and KBN). Four divested its shares from Prime when Kerry Packer died in December 2005.
