1999-2002[]

J2K

Nicktoons had its origins as J2K. It launched on 1st November 1999 airing alongside with 7LN, Nickelodeon and the other ViacomCBS channels. It aired every day from 6:00p.m. to 4:00a.m. Eventually on 4th February 2002, the channel began timesharing with Nick Jr.

Nicktoons (first era)[]

2002-2004[]

Nicktoons brand

J2K was rennamed to Nicktoons on 1st July 2002. The timeshare deal with Nick Jr. continued, but in October 2003, Nicktoons got two hours of its schedule cut, as it only began airing from 7:00p.m. to 3:00a.m.

2004-2005[]

Nick Toons 2004

On 19th April 2004, Nicktoons changed its logo. The Pac Man looking creature was used in a UK ident in 2005.

2005[]

Nicktoons Temp

On 27th June 2005, Nicktoons adapted a new logo and dropped some of its older programming for modern programming. This logo was only used for a few months.

Nicktoons Network[]

2005[]

Nicktoons Tyono 2005

On 5th September 2005, Nicktoons changed its logo again and rebranded to Nicktoons Network, but this logo was only used for three weeks before switching to a different logo.

2005-2008[]

Network 05

On 26th September 2005, Nicktoons Network changed its circular shape into a slime ball and the "Network" was changed from pink to green. Its air times were also changed to 10:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.

2008-2010[]

On 1st September 2008, Nicktoons in Tyono adapted the US logo.

Nicktoons (second era)[]

2010[]

Toons no Network

On 23rd August 2010, the "Network" was dropped.

2010-2014[]

On 18th October 2010, the channel switched its logo to the new era of logos adapted in the US thirteen months prior.

2014[]

Toons Green

On 30th June 2014, the "Toons" changed from red to green.

2014-present[]

Toons Yellow

On 22nd September 2014, the "Toons" changed from green to yellow.
