In 1994, in an attempt to reposition itself, TSS was rebranded as National Network Television, or NNTV for short.

In 1996, NNTV was rebranded as LBC3 to fall more in-line with its two sister channels as part of a company-wide rebranding effort. The channel kept its all-English output.
