By this time IPC was broadcasting just one channel, relaying Sigma Internacional with local content, including HSTV.

The channel shut down in April 2019 as part of a change to Sigma's carriage in Hokusei. IPC was replaced by Sigma Internacional on SKY PerfecTV!, One and FiberTV (the last one being an operator for Hokuseiese Palesians).
