On March 22, 2019, the Neburosian government gave up 2 new licenses for english free-to-air networks. The Nexum Media group get the license of the channel 11 for national broadcasting. On May 1, 2019, Eleven began it's broadcasting in testing with a schedule of 4 hours. On July 1, 2019, Eleven began it's regular broadcasting with a 24/7 schedule.
