Altice Rivland, LLC, commercially known as Contel, is a Rivlandian telecommunications company founded in 1985, following the merger of Manathanburg Telephone & Television, Jersey Telephone and Telegraph, Patria Phone Service, South Rivlandian Communication Services and Durmingham Television Services. It currently offers landline and mobile telephone services, as well as cable television and internet services. It is headquartered in Manathanburg and it's been owned by Altice since 2014.
