Radio wo Henarisen Qemheriye
In 2004, the government passed a law to create a new public service broadcasting, merging Emir Qemheriye with Henarisen. The new company was named Radio wo Henarisen Qemheriye (Radio and Television of Chemheria) and was assigned the abbreviation Raheqem in January of 2007. The new corporation went live on June 22 of that year.
Chemherian Broadcasting Corporation
The previous Raheqem corporation started to show its flaws in 2015, among them were the inability to launch full HD transmissions by 2018 (a goal set up during the 2014 South Bulungi World Cup) and that of furtherly segmenting its contents. In March of 2015, the parliament discussed in a special session that the corporation would be profoundly re-structured and would also change its name. The government selected the name QNQ (the initials of Qacwarkra Nangraqulbe Qemheriye) so that it can be at the level of other Eurectipherian broadcasters such as the Michillian Broadcasting Corporation, and the English translation of their Chemherian name clearly reflects it.
