Channel 3 is an ad-supported network of regional franchises that air prorgramming in Cheyenne. The franchises, networks, continuity, presentation, and names vary by each region. Channel 3 is owned by 3Media, which its franchise holders holds a 80% stake and Anglosovic media company ITV plc holds a 20% stake (until 2004, this stake was holded by Granadia).
