The Agência Independente de Notícias was a South Matamanian news agency created in 1962 as a joint-venture between Diário Popular (65%) and ITN (35%) in order to produce newscasts for SRT, being dissolved in 1989, when Grupo Impresa brought ITN's stake and its duties were transferred to the network itself.
